We are the Temecula Valley High School Swim Team. TVHS Swim competes in the CIF Southern Section, Division 2. As part of the Southwestern League, we compete against Chaparral High School, Great Oak High School, Murrieta Mesa High School, Murrieta Valley High School and Vista Murrieta High School. The CIF Spring Swim Season generally starts in February and ends with a Championship Meet in May.

At TVHS, swimming is a "dual sport" which means that our team includes boys and girls. Although competition in events are swam by gender, we are still ONE TEAM. TVHS Swimming is also a "no cut sport" and welcomes any student regardless of ability. During pre-season, we hold time trials where times clocked are used by the coaches to help determine which level of competition to place swimmers in. For each level of competition, swimmers are expected to participate in a maximum of four events at each meet: freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke, and butterfly.
